QA/QC Introduction

Our manufacturing and storage facilities have been constructed so as to ensure that the quality of all products is guaranteed. Equipped with electric fans, anti-poison equipment etc, our storage rooms are moisture proof and fireproof, in addition to being well ventilated.

Meanwhile, our other factories have the following features:
1) Concreted yard for storing material and for conducting fumigation processes
2) Boiler for antisepsis control
3) Baking plant
4) Molding, cutting and polishing facilities
5) Classifying and selection workshops
6) Air conditioned packing workshops

Every worker is equipped with a uniform and respirator, and is requested to change into work shoes before entering production facilities. Additionally, all cartons and other packing materials must be checked before being used.
